I used to weigh about 135 when I entered my first year in college, things got a little out of control and I ended up weighing about 165lbs! I dont like this, I've always been thin and healthy up till now so I know that I can make it back to my 135 lbs and maybe even less. I've tried several times but now I'm more determined then ever to reach my goal by summer! Please help me reach my goal! I have found out that my own will is not enough and need help, therefore I'm asking you guys to help me out. Please??
